Prescriptions
Patients on regular medication can obtain
repeat prescriptions from the surgery, once they have been
authorised by a doctor.
Whenever possible, repeat prescriptions should be ordered by
completing the slip attached to the right side of your previous
prescription. This should then be sent or handed in to the surgery.
Alternatively you can request a repeat prescription by letter, or by
telephoning the surgery after 11.00 am only
Prescriptions may be posted to you, by prior arrangement.
Prescriptions are normally ready for collection after 48 hours.
