If you are eligible please BOOK an appointment online or call reception weekdays between 4-6pm (excl Thursdays) to book.

Reminder - Facemasks

Please could we ask patients to wear a facemask, socially distance and use hand sanitiser whilst in the surgery.  Staff will continue to wear PPE. This is for the safety of everyone.  Thank you for your co-operation.

COVID Clinics

There are local clinics available for COVID vaccination.  If you haven't had your vaccination and would like one, please click on the link to grab a jab  for further details.

From 26 July 2021  there will be routine (non-urgent) pre-bookable telephone appointments available to book online or via reception each afternoon.

From 19th July, nothing will change at the surgery.  Patients will still need to wear a mask, socially distance and use hand sanitiser whilst in the surgery.  Staff will continue to wear PPE.   Thank you for your co-operation.

Please if possible order your prescriptions online or call the surgery between 10.30am and 1pm only.

If you needing a non urgent call back from a clinician then please only call between 8.30am and 10.30am Monday - Friday or 1pm - 3pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday.

The Healthier Together is a community initiative

The Healthier Together programme relies upon patients and healthcare professionals working together to improve how local healthcare is delivered. The website provides advice for parents, young people and pregnant women, and clinical resources to support healthcare professionals – which means that your child is likely to receive consistently high-quality care, irrespective of which healthcare professional they see.

Help if you’re homeless: domestic abuse

If you aren't safe in your home because of violence, abuse or threatening behaviour, you can get help with a safe place to stay or support to stay in your home safely.  For more information on how to access help click on the link to Shelter

Social Prescribing Service - We're Here for You

Our Health Link Worker can support and assess your needs and provide you with a social prescription – a service or activity – that will benefit your health and well-being. The Health Link Worker will arrange an appointment with you and discuss what types of support would benefit you. With your consent they will make suggestions and/or refer you to other services that may benefit your health and well-being and lifestyle. You will be offered support tailored to your own situation and the health link worker will keep in touch with you to review your progress. Our service works across the City with SHU Primary Care Network in Sheffield.
To access the service:

Contact your GP and ask for a referral for Social Prescribing. We look forward to working with you. 

ShipShape work to tackle health inequalities and to empower people  to achieve their own health and wellbeing goals.  They run free and low-cost group and one-to-one sessions, both at our Centre and in outreach venues and develop positive cooperation with partner agencies.  To see more of about their what is going on click ShipShape - What's on guide
